A1 Pump Performance Range

SINGLE STAGE, END SUCTION CHEMICAL HORIZONTAL PUMP (HEAVY DUTY DRIVE SHAFT DESIGN)

The design conforms to ANSI/ASME B73.1M-2001 specification for horizontal end-suction centrifugal pumps for chemical industry and is superior to the normal duty ANSI pumps. The ARXS A1 pump greatly improves the pumping load and safety of the pump by optimizing the technology in drive shaft assembly, which can ensure the continuous operation of the A1 pump for a long time. The pump feature is solid, durable.

A2 Pump Performance Range

SINGLE STAGE, END SUCTION HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMP (SELECTION HIGH GRADE MATERIAL)

The addition of innovative concepts and advanced technologies between the impeller tolerance and casing cover to increases the thrust load pressure and anti-rotation function of the sealing chamber, reduce wear, vaporization, overheating and gasification of mechanical seals. The mechanical seal has a cartridge option to ensure that the fluid in use is corrosive without reducing the service life of the seal.

Differential Head H up to 280m/ 900ft

Working Temperature up to 200℃/ 390℉

Operating frequencies 50 or 60 Hz

A3 Pump Performance Range

SINGLE SATGE, END SUCTION PUMP (HIGH TEMPERATURE, CHEMICAL PUMPS)

Designed by optimum shaft seal and bearing life to prevent the failure of these two primary causes of pump downtime. The open impeller is the acknowledged best design for process services. It is ideally suited for corrosives/erosive, liquids containing solids and stringy materials, used in chemical, petrochemical, pulp & paper, primary metals, food & beverage and general industries as a chemical process pump provide long-term reliable performance.
