SINGLE CASING RADIALLY SPLIT MULTISTAGE BETWEEN BEARINGS PUMP(RING-SECTION PUMP)

Centerline mounting for high head or high temperatures liquids, suction nozzle designed to optimize flowing, reduce the flow rate and working noise, withstand more powerful moments. The first stage impeller can be selected with a double suction impeller to reduce cavitation allowance. The stage case and impellers installed with wear rings, which is convenient for customers to maintain and reduce the time of downtime. The non-drive end is equipped with a balancing drum to balance the axial force, can operate smoothly and reliably in the case of frequent start and stop. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal, for high temperature liquids, the sealing chamber can be optionally equipped with a water-cooled jacket to protect the machine seal components from damage and prevent leakage from occurring. For high or extreme operating conditions, bearings can be optionally thrust bearings instead cylindrical roller bearings, the bearing housing is increased to install air-cooled fans, prolonging the service life of the pump.
